These general conditions of purchase (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) rule without restriction the sales of products made by Consulting Clovartiz S.L. from the site “spaincosmetics.com”.
1. Application. Acceptance of the general conditions of purchase
The General Conditions establish the conditions for ordering, payment and delivery requested by customers (hereinafter the “Customer”) products and potential management responses on them. The General Conditions are always available on the site SPAINCOSMETICS.COM.
Any orders placed through the site SPAINCOSMETICS.COM constitutes a contract between you and SPA IN, and necessarily implies the unconditional acceptance by the Customer, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions. 4. Delivery of products and claims
